Please note that all consignments are sent at owners’ own risk, and are only covered to the extent of the carrier’s maximum liability. All packages are carried under the BIFA terms & conditions which are available here.
Your goods can be insured but only if we receive your written instructions to do so each time you book a shipment. Please give us 24 hours notice on insurance requests.
We must be notified of any damage within 7 days from delivery. Once a claim is raised with the carrier we must have all supporting evidence within 28 days from the request date.
Any missing shipments must be queried within 7 days after collection.
